Wanda Floyd Executive and Career Coaching, LLC (the “Company”) provides coaching, leadership development, professional development, and business consultant services only. Coaching is in no way to be construed or substituted as psychological counseling or any other type of therapy or medical advice. I am not a licensed psychologist or health care professional in the USA. I cannot guarantee the outcome of coaching efforts and/or recommendations from my website or blog. These are my expressions of opinion only. By accessing information at and through this site each user waives and releases Wanda Floyd and Wanda Floyd Executive and Career Coaching, LLC (the "Company") to the full extent permitted by law from any and all claims relating to the usage of the material made available through this website. In no event shall Wanda Floyd and Wanda Floyd Executive and Career Coaching, LLC (the "Company") be liable for any incident or consequential damages resulting from the use of the material.

 

Billing Policy

 

"Client" payments are made in advance of services delivered through the purchase of credits.  Payment processing services for Wanda Floyd Executive and Career Coaching, LLC (the “Company”) are provided by PayPal and are subject to the PayPal User Agreement. By agreeing to these terms or continuing to operate a "Client" for Wanda Floyd Executive and Career Coaching, LLC (the “Company”), you agree to be bound by the PayPal User Agreement. As a condition of Wanda Floyd Executive and Career Coaching, LLC (the “Company”), enabling payment processing services through Paypal, you agree to provide Wanda Floyd Executive and Career Coaching, LLC (the “Company”) accurate and complete information about you and authorize Wanda Floyd Executive and Career Coaching, LLC (the “Company”) to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by PayPal.

 

Refund Policy

 

For recurring billing products, returns for one payment may be provided if requested within the standard 30-day return period.  If a "Client" is dissatisfied with the work completed, a refund can be requested within 30 days. Any and all material delivered to the "Client" will be returned before a refund is processed.  After 30 days, all sales are final.

 

If a "Client" requests a refund, the money of the requested transaction is refunded back to the "Client".  If the refund is for a recurring billing product, then the return policy allows for the most recent payment to be returned.  Refund requests for recurring billing must be received within the first 30-day window after the first payment.  A refund on a recurring billing product will also result in a cancellation.

 

Delivery Policy

 

Digital products will be accessible within 48 hours of purchase. Other services will be delivered on an as-agreed-upon basis.

 

Intellectual Property Policy
